Mr Belgacem Zouai is a British national, with a Master Degree in Education [Curriculum Development] from Lancaster University. He is a highly qualified teacher, middle leader and a senior leader with 25 years’ experience in UK and the UAE.

He has been working in the private education sector in charge of teaching and learning Arabic, Islamic Studies and French, with extensive knowledge and experience of language development and communication skills. He is a dynamic senior leader and manager with a track record of raising standards and supporting the development of young people within the “every child matters” framework in international schools.

He is also experienced in the following areas of school management: strategic planning for sustainability, curriculum development, design of in-service training (INSET), quality assurance, performance management, staff development and recruitment across the school and whole school self-evaluation and inclusion.
